- The digital nomad residence permit is initially issued for 3 years, with the option to renew for an additional 2 years. After this period, you may apply for a Permanent Residence Permit of Spain, granting all rights except the right to vote.
- After living under the Permanent Residence Permit for 5 years, you are eligible to apply for Spanish citizenship.
- Additionally, if you have a child during your residency in Spain, they can obtain citizenship after one year.
